You’ve spent so long taking care of everyone else…
When was the last time you took care of you?
Live with a renewed sense of calm and clarity.
More ease in your day. More trust in yourself. More moments you finally feel like you again.
For years, I put everyone else first.
I ignored the little signs that I was exhausted.
Until one day, my body simply couldn’t keep up.
I found myself dealing with severe burnout and adrenal fatigue.
I realized it wasn’t just because I was doing too much…..
but because I had spent YEARS carrying stress, worry, and emotions
without ever giving myself space to process them.
It was learning to slow down…
To listen…
To understand…
Calm The Chaos Workshop is the class I wish someone had offered me years earlier.
Have you ever wondered too why you promise yourself you’ll slow down…
…but somehow you never do?
Why even after a quiet weekend, you still feel exhausted?
Why your shoulders are always tight.
Why your mind won’t stop racing.
Why little things suddenly feel like big things.
If you’re quietly saying, “That’s me,” don’t you think it’s time to stop living this way?
For the first time in a long time, you notice your shoulders aren’t stiff…
You take a deep breath…
…and it actually feels like a deep breath.
Your mind is more at ease.
You now have a better understanding of why you feel overwhelmed
You now have greater awareness of how stress affects your body and mind.
You are more confident in dealing with life’s challenges
You have guided meditation techniques you could use every time you need one
Life hasn’t magically changed.
But something inside you feels different.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience what it feels like to step out of survival mode even if only for a little while
There’s no pressure to share your story.
This is just a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
A workshop where you can come as you are.

What If This Is The Pause You’ve Been Needing?
You don’t have to wait until your body forces you to slow down.
You don’t have to keep telling yourself,
“I’ll take care of myself after this week…”
Or next month. Or when life gets less busy.
That was my mistake.
Life rarely slows down on its own.
Sometimes peace begins when you show up for yourself.
This workshop only lasts 90 minutes,
but what you’ll learn can support you for a lifetime.
What Makes This Workshop Different
Most stress management workshops focus primarily on changing your thoughts.
This workshop recognizes that lasting change often involves both the mind and the body.
Rather than simply learning information, participants experience body-based practices while discovering why they work
and how they can begin supporting their nervous system every day.
The heart behind Calm The Chaos
For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped women reconnect with themselves through therapeutic bodywork, nervous system support, and coaching.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Nervous System Coach, I’ve seen how chronic stress and emotional overwhelm can quietly shape the way we think, feel, and move through life.
Calm the Chaos is a workshop born from that experience—a pace to help you better understand your body, find more calm, and begin feeling like yourself again.
“Calm isn’t something you achieve,
it’s something you remember.”
Not at all. This workshop is designed for beginners and anyone curious about understanding their nervous system and emotions.
Only if you want to. There is never any pressure to speak or share.
No. Calm the Chaos is a workshop designed to help you better understand your nervous system and introduce practical tools you can use in daily life.
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax and move easily.
Just yourself. You’re welcome to bring water and a journal if you’d like to take notes.
Card or online transaction is the preferred payment option.
Maybe you’ve been living
this way for months.
Maybe years.
But it isn’t your identity.
Your body can learn a different way.
