Hi, I’m Jenn!
I’m a Business Alignment Coach who helps holistic entrepreneurs make decisions that align with their core values, energy, and life purpose.
I started my journey in 2006 as a massage therapist and built a successful practice. Over time, I began to notice that many of my clients’ physical pain was connected to emotional and energetic blockages, and I found myself facing burnout because I wasn’t listening to my own body.
This realization led me to explore coaching and energy healing, where I experienced firsthand the power of both- these truly shifted my perspective and approach. I went on to obtain two coaching certifications, somatic training and many energy healing certifications.
Once I began working in this new way, holistic business owners began to seek new out because they were struggling to build businesses that aligned with their values.
Now, through a blend of coaching and energy work, I help entrepreneurs grow businesses that feel both authentic and sustainable. They also release limiting beliefs, trust their intuition, and infuse their values into their businesses. I believe when your energy aligns with your goals, everything flows more easily.
