Hey, I’m so glad you’re here!
A few things about me:
I’m a beach person through and through. I moved from Pennsylvania to Florida to be closer to the ocean, and I still find myself going there when I need to reset, ground and reconnect with myself.
I’m also always learning. I’m drawn to understanding how the nervous system, emotions, and the body all work together, and I’m constantly exploring ways to support women in a way that actually feels practical and real, not overwhelming.
I’m a paper person too. I love writing things down, writing, using a planner. (Yes, I still use a real planner!) It helps me stay grounded in both my life and my work.
I’m also a mom of four, so I understand what it feels like to hold a lot, mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Most of all, I care deeply about supporting women who feel overwhelmed or stretched thin. The work I do is about helping you feel more clear, steady, and supported in your everyday life, not just in a session.
