In this 90 minute Emotional Reset session, we create space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and gently release what your body has been holding. You’re exhausted, on edge, and stretched too thin.

This is my signature offering and the most transformative way to work together.

It’s a method I’ve developed over two decades of supporting women and is built around three foundational steps: Reset, Release, Realign.

Step 1: RESET

We begin by calming your nervous system and creating space for clarity.  I coach you to reconnect with your body, notice where stress and overwhelm are showing up, and start moving out of chaos.

Through intentional coaching and gentle body-based techniques, we uncover patterns keeping you on edge – whether it’s anxiety, sleepless nights, decision fatigue, or constant pressure. You’ll also learn ways to manage your energy and time more intentionally, so your priorities feel doable and meaningful.

This is where transformation begins: your energy settles, tension releases, and you feel grounded, present, and ready to release what no longer serves you.

Together, we establish a grounded foundation so you can breathe fully, think clearly, and move out of chaos.

You’ll learn practical ways to regulate your emotions so you can respond (not react) to life, and gain clarity and calm before taking the next steps.

Step 2: RELEASE

Once your system is calmer, we go deeper. This is where coaching and energy alignment come together.

The patterns that hold you back—overthinking, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, people-pleasing—aren’t just habits. They’re often stored in your body as old emotions, beliefs, and stress responses that having been holding you back.

Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s been weighing you down and clear it  – so it no longer runs your life.

I use a blend of coaching conversations, somatic practices, and energy-based tools that work quickly yet gently, helping you release stored stress without reliving the pain. In our sessions, I hold space for whatever comes up, helping you process and let go safely.

This steps clears the way for clarity and freedom from overthinking and overwhelm.

Step 3: REALIGN
