Jenn’s workshops and classes are experiential, grounding, and designed to help you better understand your body, emotions, and nervous system. These offerings combine education, gentle self-inquiry, and practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Whether in person or online, each experience is created to help you feel more present, regulated, and supported.

We excel at caring for others but how often do we nourish ourselves? This retreat is designed to help you pause, recharge, and reconnect with your own well-being.

During the day, you will:
● Explore a modern, freeing form of meditation that works even for a racing mind
● Practice yoga and gentle stretching
● Journal to clarify intentions and goals
● Learn strategies to prevent burnout and balance multiple roles in life
● Reflect on your personal and professional growth
● And more

The overall intention of the day is for you to reflect on all areas of life and how they’ve been going, and decide what you would like to shift moving forward. I help you do that in a tangible way without being overwhelming! Plus, you have a ton of time for relaxation and rest, which everyone loves!

Calm the Chaos workshop

A workshop that explores how the nervous system and emotions impact the body. You’ll learn how to recognize your body’s yes and no responses, understand how emotions are stored, and be introduced to simple energetic and mind-body tools to support regulation.

This experience is designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease in your daily life.

GUIDED INSTINCTIVE MEDITATION

Step out of the noise and into a supportive, calming space. This guided meditation is based on instinctive meditation, allowing thoughts to come and go naturally while you tune into your body’s rhythms. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear, and at ease.


Mats, eye pillows, pillows, and blankets are provided so you can fully relax.

Heart Wall Class

When we experience emotional pain or distress, the heart can feel injured or broken — what we often call heartache or heartbreak. To protect ourselves, the body may create a “heart wall,” built from the energy of trapped emotions.

In this class, you’ll learn what a heart wall is, discover whether you have one, explore what it’s made of, and be guided through the process of clearing it. This is a gentle, informative introduction to emotional energy work and heart-centered healing.
