When I connected with Jenn In February 2023, I had made so many changes in my life and had a plan I had been working towards when seemingly everything fell apart. I had no idea at the time how things were getting ready to fall into place.

I was grieving the loss of a dream, and felt lost and stuck, not knowing what the next right thing was. And then I spoke to Jenn. I didn’t know what to expect from coaching. I didn’t know how it could help me, and financially, it felt risky to pour so much into something unknown when I was planning on some financial risks to make the changes I wanted to. I expressed my anxiety and Jenn asked me what saying yes to coaching felt like in my body. My body was screaming “YES!!!” and so, I took the leap.

That was the first step in my journey to finally beginning to understand what my body had to tell me and how to pay attention and assign great value to the wisdom of my body.
