This is where I beg to differ.
I often see that the problem isn’t that you don’t have something to teach, but rather it’s that you may be missing the clarity, direction, or the know-how to turn all of your amazing skills and knowledge into a course. It’s quite possible that you have an idea you’ve been carrying around for years, but have not slowed down to make it happen. Or, you may know exactly what you want to teach, but at the end of the day, you have no idea where to start. On the other hand, I often find that others simply know they have something worth sharing, but they can’t quite put their finger on what that is yet. No matter where you are in this process, please know you are not alone and we have all been there.
This where I come in.
My goal isn’t to tell you what your course should be. It’s to help you discover the course that’s already within you. We’ll dig into your experiences, your passions, your expertise, and the things that make your perspective unique-to-you. Then we’ll turn those pieces into a course you can feel confident teaching, and one that other massage therapists will be excited to learn.
Because at the bottom of my core, I truly believe YOUR experience matters. And yes! I believe you have a course within you.

My name is Jenn! I began my journey as a massage therapist in 2006, building a successful practice in both Pennsylvania and Florida, and spending nearly 20 years in the industry. For many years, I’ve also been a certified CE instructor where I have created and taught courses for massage professionals across the United States.
I’ve submitted and had numerous courses approved over the years, so I know what the NCBTMB is looking for. Through trial and error, I have learned all those nitty gritty details that matter, from the words in your title to what’s included in your outline. Let’s face it! Over the years, and with lots of trial and error, I have figured out what is going to fly and what isn’t.
You could open the handbook and work your way through it step-bystep. Or you can have someone beside you who already knows the path.
I’ll help you dot the I’s, cross the T’s, check every box, and make sure there aren’t any road blocks standing between your expertise and an approved CE course.

Join me in-person or virtually for a two-day, side-by-side intensive designed to take your course idea from “I know I want to teach this” to a fully developed CE course that gets submitted for approval.
Together, we will ensure you transform your course idea into a fully submitted course with NCBTMB.

Here’s how I’ll guide you through the process…
Initial
Consultation
We will meet via phone or Zoom where you’ll share your course ideas and I will go into more details regarding the course creation process. Both of us will decide if we are a good fit to work together. Once we determine how we will work together, we’ll discuss your pre-session work so you will be read for our strategy call.

During this 60 minute call, we’re going to solidify your course topic and quickly review the NCBTMB handbook so you become familiar with it. Based on where you are along the process, I will give you a few “to-do’s” to have ready for our 2-day intensive session to ensure we maximize our time together. Because at the end of the day, our goal is to get your course completed.
2-Day
Intensive
Your 2-Day intensive can been done in-person or virtually. Please know, we can book your sessions back to back or spread them apart depending on your working style and how much time you need between. Together we will go through my “customized-to-you” framework to ensure no stones get left unturned and that you have all of the boxes checked so you can successfuly submit your course.
Follow Up &
Submit Course
Following our 2 days together you may have a few details that still need to be completed. We will have 2 follow up sessions. The first will be so we can go over any missing items that needed to be completed. The second, and final call, is when the two of us will go on the NCBTMB site together to ensure your course is completed correctly.
#1 Initial Consultation
Before we build your course, let’s make sure we’re the right fit to build it together.
This initial consultation can take up to 60 minutes and is a chance for us to talk about your course idea, your goals, and what you need in order to bring it to life. I’ll walk you through my process, answer your questions, and help you understand what working together will look like.
If we decide we’re a good fit, I’ll send you away with a few simple things to explore before we begin.

√ Your teaching style — Where your strengths shine.
√ Your natural gifts & expertise — The foundation of a course that feels authentically you.
√ Adult learning styles — How to create an experience that truly serves your learners.
I truly believe your course should sound like you so you can teach authentically and play to your strengths. All in all, my role is to help you uncover those strengths and then build a course around them.
#2 Strategy Session
Before we dive into your two-day intensive, we’ll make sure you have all the right pieces in place.
During this call, we will...
√ Solidify your course topic
√ We’ll make sure your idea is focused, appropriate for a CE course, and something you’re excited to teach.
√ Walk through the NCBTMB requirements
The NCBTMB sets the national standards for massage therapy continuing education. We’ll review the handbook together so you understand exactly what’s expected starting with your course scope and objectives to the documentation you’ll need to submit.
√ Create your roadmap
The handbook becomes our roadmap. We’ll identify what needs to be created, what information you need to gather, and what we’ll accomplish together during your intensive.
√ Make sure your course fits within the guidelines
We’ll look at the scope of your course and make sure your content is headed in the right direction before we start building
Your safety net
What is my ultimate goal for you? I want to ensure no missing puzzle pieces, or course components, are left out.
Trust me. I’ve been down this road before. Nobody likes the feeling of spending two days, or in my case months, building their course only to discover something important was overlooked. This call gives you a chance to ask questions, get clear on the requirements, and make sure we’re walking into your intensive with everything we need.
Think of it as your roadmap, your safety net, and your CE security blanket.
By the time we begin your two-day intensive, you’ll know where we’re going and we’ll have the pieces ready to put together.
#3 Two Day Intensive
THis is where your course starts coming together.
By the end of our intensive, we'll have:

✓ Course outline
✓ Research completed
✓ Course notes
✓ Slide deck/presentation & handout
The more you bring to our calls, the more we can accomplish during our two days together. And if there are a few loose ends, that’s exactly why we have follow-up support.
My goal is that you don’t leave our intensive wondering what to do next. You leave with your course well underway and a clear path to the finish line.
#4 Follow Up Call & Submission Day
Follow Up Call
Our goal is to have your course 100% completed by the end of your two-day intensive.
But sometimes, life happens, and there’s one last piece that needs your attention. Let’s face it! It happens to the best of us. If we don’t cross the finish line during our two days together, you won’t be left wondering what to do next. I’ll send you away with a clear list of the final pieces to complete, and we’ll schedule a follow-up call to make sure everything is in place.
On that call, we’ll dot the I’s, cross the T’s, and make sure everything is officially ready to go.
Before we hop off the call we’ll make sure ready to schedule your Submission Day.
Submission Day
When you’re ready to submit your course for approval, I’ll be right there with you.
Together, we’ll get online and I will walk through the submission process step-by-step, making sure everything is entered correctly before you hit the submit button.
Sadly I’ve seen it happen too many times. Someone creates an incredible course, only to have the submission delayed, or denied, because of a small mistake in the application process.
√ Sometimes the CE hours were calculated incorrectly.
√ Maybe a core component was left out.
√ Or possibly, a box wasn’t checked or a requirement was overlooked.
That's where having a second set of eyes matters.
I’m there to double-check the details, catch the things you might miss, and give you the confidence that you’ve submitted everything correctly.
This way you’re not submitting it all alone while second guessing, crossing your fingers and holding your breath. Having an extra set of eyes is just one more layer of support between you and hitting SUBMIT with confidence.
